Approaches
Abundant Life Counseling Center approaches to effective therapy include the family systems perspective and the cognitive-behavioral therapies of rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) and cognitive therapy (CT).
Moreover, we work to use Biblical teachings to mend relationships and individuals. These ideas work to create our personalized approach to healing.
